According to the Decision, approving the results of the architectural design competition for the Investment Project to build a multi-level, advanced, modern, high-quality general school in Thach That district in Kim Quan commune, Thach That district, organized by the People's Committee of Thach That district.

The Council for the architectural design competition of the Construction Investment Project: Multi-level, advanced, modern, high-quality general school in Thach That district evaluated and ranked as follows:

First Prize: Project code: "AD7979", author is a joint venture of ADA Design Consulting Joint Stock Company and Associates & Tien Hung Design Joint Stock Company;

Second Prize: Project code: "BN1984", author is Avityco Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company;

Third Prize: Project code: "LA6898", author is Hanoi Planning and Architecture Consulting Company Limited.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Thach That District People's Committee to publicly announce the results of the contest and notify the participating units and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals; Organize the awarding of prizes to the participating units with winning plans in accordance with the Contest Regulations and current regulations.

The cost of the competition, the rights and responsibilities of organizations and individuals participating in the competition for architectural plans shall comply with the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree No. 85/2020/ND-CP dated July 17, 2020 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Architecture and current legal regulations.
