Before becoming a travel blogger and content creator with over 100,000 followers on Facebook, Huy was an outstanding student in the Information Technology (IT) major at the School of Information and Communication Technology (Hanoi University of Science and Technology). Huy received a certificate of merit for his outstanding academic achievements from the principal in 2015 and 2016; and won third prize in the Vietnam-Germany creative startup competition for his project "Smart escape backpack for apartment buildings". In 2017, Huy was honored to be admitted to the Party.
Graduated in 2018, Huy used to work as a programmer at a technology company in Hanoi. After more than a year, Huy decided to stop working as a programmer to seek new experiences with content creation.

“Programming helps me learn how to organize, plan and do things more logically. In addition, this job also helps me become more proficient in using technology as well as applying statistical and analytical tools to grasp market trends and create content with a clear direction. I changed jobs because I always wanted to do something that would allow me to go out, be fun and comfortable, have the opportunity to connect and explore many new things,” Huy said.
In 2019, Huy started to produce photo and video content on Facebook from fields such as: travel, cuisine, entertainment... Huy said he started from scratch when he applied for an internship at the media department specializing in content creation of a company. After many months, Huy became an official employee.

“At first, I had a lot of difficulty using photo and video editing tools. At the same time, researching and finding content that captures trends and attracts the attention and interaction of the online community was not easy. Starting a new job at the age of 24 made me go through many challenges, but I still persevered in learning and trying. Luckily, my parents always supported me wholeheartedly,” Huy shared.
Up to now, Huy has traveled to 12 countries such as India, Korea, Japan, Myanmar, etc. Huy said that the difficulty in those trips was the difference in cuisine and weather. Huy could not adapt to foods that were too spicy, greasy, or was afraid of the cold when going to areas with negative temperatures. In addition to traveling to many countries to experience and record beautiful images and videos, Huy also considered this a process of overcoming his own limits.

“Wherever I go, I always bring Vietnamese food and instant noodles. The trip I remember most was to Tso Moriri Lake (India) because the temperature there was -15 0 C. Moreover, I lost my phone and internet signal here, which made my family very worried,” Huy shared.
Huy said that he paid for all his trips with his personal savings. After taking photos and videos of his travels, Huy was invited by the Tourism Authority of Thailand to experience the beautiful scenery, culture and cuisine of this country in October 2023. In 2024, Huy hopes to experience many beautiful places in Vietnam to introduce to international friends. Egypt is the next country Huy wants to conquer in 2024.

“You must keep your phone and passport safe so you can contact your relatives… and return home smoothly. You should find the phone number of the Vietnamese embassy in the country you are traveling to in advance to ask for support if you have any problems. Carefully research the route, hotel, and places you will visit to avoid getting lost. Always prepare some cash to make your travel experience more comfortable,” Huy advised young people when traveling abroad.
Master Nguyen Hong Phuong, lecturer at the School of Information and Communication Technology (Hanoi University of Science and Technology), who once guided Huy's graduation project, said: "I am quite impressed with this student because he attends class regularly, often sits at the front desk, and actively volunteers to correct exercises to get points. Thanks to his efforts, Huy got high scores. Huy is also a class officer and is very sociable, cheerful, friendly, and helps his friends with their studies. In addition, Huy also does many other jobs and activities outside of society. Although he studies IT, Huy has the qualities and personality that are quite suitable for jobs related to communication, society, and promotion, and if he can apply technology to it, it will be even more wonderful."
