National Mobile Propaganda Contest: Gia Lai excellently won 2 gold medals and 4 silver medals

(GLO)- On the evening of August 9, at Hai Phong City Theater Square, the national mobile propaganda contest to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) closed, leaving behind good echoes.

Coming to this national mobile propaganda contest, Gia Lai has 2 participating teams including Gia Lai Provincial Cultural Center and Dam San General Music and Dance Theater. Artists, actors, and artisans performed a total of 10 elaborate performances, praising the Party, Uncle Ho, honoring the beauty of the homeland and country, promoting the image of the province to friends across the country.

As a result, the folk song medley " Mung ngay hoi non song" (new lyrics by Meritorious Artist Nguyen Phu; traditional music: Kim Van; choreographer: Chau Mi) by Gia Lai Provincial Cultural Center won the gold medal. The solo " Uncle Ho lives forever in the Central Highlands" (composed by Le Loi, adapted from the poem by Kpa Y Lang; choreographer: Quynh Giao; performed by Hong Van and the dance group of Dam San General Music and Dance Theater) was also awarded the gold medal.

Along with that, 4 performances including: Sedge Season dance ( music : Hoang Huong; choreographer: Chau Mi) , solo singing Voice in the Pac Po forest (composed by: Nguyen Tai Tue; performed by: Mong Tuyen) - Gia Lai Provincial Cultural Center; choir The first communist (composed by: Pham Trong Cau; staged by: Khac Phu-Hai Yen) , duet Country and love (composed by: Le Giang; performed by: Minh Hung-Hong Van) - Dam San General Music and Dance Theater won silver medals.

In addition, the province has 2 individuals who were awarded certificates of merit by the Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) for their outstanding achievements in participating in the contest, namely Mr. Dang Hieu Thanh - Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Affairs, Gia Lai Provincial Cultural Center; Ms. Bui Thi Tham - Deputy Head of the Department of Mass Culture and Arts, Dam San General Music and Dance Theater.

The contest was organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) in the localities of Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh and Hai Phong, gathering 27 mobile propaganda teams from provinces and cities nationwide to participate.

The contest has strongly spread the message of patriotism, the strength of national unity, the spirit of self-reliance of our army and people throughout the 80-year journey of building and defending the Fatherland. Thereby, honoring the generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for national independence, encouraging the younger generation to follow the tradition, contributing to the development of the homeland and the country in the new era.
