The project to develop a digital platform, digital data, applications, and digital services for the city is a key and central content in the city's digital transformation plan. The scope of the project is related to the digital data category; digital platform and digital applications, in which the digital data content is responsible for building a shared data warehouse for the city to integrate and link information of the National Public Service Portal and socio-economic sectors to serve the direction and operation. According to the Plan , the project strives to be completed in September 2024.

At the Workshop, delegates discussed and analyzed a number of contents related to the overview of the scope of the Project and the Implementation Plan, along with the overall solution models; Integrated connector, data sharing through the Integrated Platform, data sharing; Citizen and organization data warehouse when conducting online transactions with state agencies; Centralized digital signature solution; Shared data warehouse; Open data portal; Centralized data analysis and processing platform; Multi-platform application serving the overall operation and management of the government (Digital Government Application); System for monitoring, checking and evaluating Digital Government services; Electronic identification authentication system; Application on multiple digital platforms to provide services to people and businesses (Digital Citizen Application); Digital skills development system....

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong requested departments, branches and contractors to focus on building a shared data warehouse to store a lot of data.

After listening to the opinions of the delegates at the Workshop, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong emphasized that Digital Transformation is one of the top priorities in the current period. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the consulting units and contractors implementing the Project to urgently build a shared data warehouse with a big data "architecture", connecting with the current systems of the Departments, branches and localities to ensure synchronous and convenient operation, and soon put the Project into operation to serve the city's operational management. Along with that, pay attention to building a management apparatus, providing data to help state agencies, citizens and businesses to effectively exploit the application of digital government. The Vice Chairman assigned the Department of Information and Communications to collect comments at the Workshop, discuss and propose to the contractor implementing the Project to consider supplementing to complete the Project.
