At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Lam Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, thoroughly grasp the core content and new points in the documents: Regulation No. 142-QD/TW dated April 23, 2024 of the Politburo on piloting the delegation of power and responsibility to leaders in personnel work; Regulation No. 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period; Regulation No. 146-QD/TW dated May 14, 2024 of the Secretariat on functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, working relationships of the Party delegation and the provincial Party executive committee; Regulation No. 148-QD/TW dated May 23, 2024 of the Politburo on the authority of the head to temporarily suspend the work of subordinate officials in necessary cases or when there are signs of serious violations of Party regulations and State laws and Regulation No. 162-QD/TW dated May 29, 2024 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and working relationships of Party committees, grassroots Party cells, and mass organizations.

The conference also listened to Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, disseminate the following documents: Directive No. 34-CT/TW dated May 24, 2024 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over social housing development in the new situation; Conclusion No. 79-KL/TW dated May 13, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW of the 12th Politburo on building and developing Da Nang city to 2030, with a vision to 2045 and Conclusion No. 80-KL-TW dated May 24, 2024 of the Politburo on the planning of Hanoi Capital for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 and the project to adjust the general planning of Hanoi Capital to 2045, with a vision to 2065.

The conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and Party members at all levels in implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions of the directives, conclusions and regulations of the Politburo and the Secretariat. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee requires delegates to fully and systematically grasp the spirit of the resolutions, directives and conclusions that have been thoroughly disseminated; on that basis, organize dissemination and propaganda to all cadres, Party members and the masses in localities, agencies and units. At the same time, research and develop action programs to implement the directives, conclusions and regulations of the Politburo and the Secretariat in a specific, practical and effective manner, associated with the successful implementation of assigned political tasks.
