City Party Committee carries out the process of introducing cadres for the new term

Overview of the conference

Comrade Le Truong Luu, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hue City chaired the conference.

Attending the conference, on the Central side were Mr. Vo Thai Nguyen , member of the Central Inspection Commission; Ho Hai Dang, Deputy Head of the Local Department V of the Central Inspection Commission; Nguyen Ngoc Dung, Deputy Head of the Local Department II, Central Organization Committee; Nguyen Quoc Tuan, Deputy Head of the Local Department II, Central Internal Affairs Committee.

On the side of Hue City, there were Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Pham Duc Tien; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong; members of the Standing Committee, City Party Committee members and key officials of departments, branches, 40 communes and wards across the city.

The conference was held to carry out the process of introducing cadres to join the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for the first time, the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; key positions of the People's Council, People's Committee, National Assembly Delegation of the city, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term.

The conference was attended by key officials of 40 communes and wards.

At the conference, Standing Committee member, Head of the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee Phan Xuan Toan said: Based on the personnel structure and the prescribed criteria, the City Party Committee reviews and comprehensively evaluates the source of cadres before including them in the personnel introduction project for the conference to select. The implementation steps ensure strictness, democracy, objectivity, fairness, impartiality, openness, transparency, correct procedures, and correct authority.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Truong Luu emphasized that this is a conference of special importance to carry out the process of introducing leaders according to regulations, towards the upcoming City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Based on the criteria and standards, delegates need to be objective, democratic, and impartial in selecting excellent and capable officials to hold important leadership positions of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and National Assembly Delegation in the new term; thereby, being able to successfully lead the implementation of the city's tasks in the coming time.

After this conference, the City Party Committee will continue to take the next steps to ensure compliance with regulations.
