According to Vice Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, Director of the Center for Supporting and Developing Vietnamese Children, Le Anh Quan, the number of learning tools that the Central Council of the Young Pioneers received within the framework of the Festival with the message "Overcoming natural disasters - Continuing the future", will be quickly delivered to disadvantaged children in 12 provinces and cities affected by storms and floods, including: Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Ha Giang, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho, Lao Cai, Hoa Binh, Hai Duong, Bac Giang.

This year, in response to the theme of the Youth Union and the youth movement of the Central Youth Union "Year of Youth Volunteers", children participating in the "Color Festival" will create works of art with the theme "I draw volunteer colors".

“This is not only a meaningful program to respond to the activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the “Three Ready” movement, 10 years of the “Year of Youth Volunteers”, 25 years of the “Summer Youth Volunteers” Campaign, but also serves as a forum for children to express their feelings, beliefs and pride in the care and guidance of the Youth Union and the members and youth who are always devoted to their beloved juniors and are pioneers for the community”, said comrade Le Anh Quan.

The festival took place in a lively and joyful atmosphere with meaningful and practical activities in a colorful space. In the experience areas, hundreds of children were immersed in a useful and fun space, painting to create personal items, and competing to receive valuable gifts.
