In particular, focusing on building, implementing propaganda, managing and organizing cultural and artistic activities and serving the celebration of holidays, New Year, and events of the province... to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of local people, while at the same time transmitting information and propagating the Party and State's guidelines and policies to all classes of people. Notably, the work of advising on the organization of major events and holidays of the province such as: The 30th Anniversary of the Re-establishment of the province; The ceremony to receive the certificate of recognition of Nui Chua World Biosphere Reserve and the certificate of ranking of Vinh Hy Bay as a national scenic relic; Ninh Thuan Culture and Tourism Day in Hanoi... Most recently, the ceremony to receive the UNESCO recognition certificate for "Cham pottery art" on the List of intangible cultural heritage in need of urgent protection and the 2023 Grape - Wine Festival took place successfully, leaving many good impressions on the people of the province, domestic and foreign tourists about the cultural identity, beauty of the people and land of Ninh Thuan.

In addition, mass art and cultural performances are organized regularly, enthusiastically and widely throughout the province. During the period of being directly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, which disrupted and suspended many concentrated activities, after the epidemic situation was controlled, the whole industry actively promoted the organization of performances, film screenings and propaganda activities; successfully participated in many festivals, competitions and performances in the province, region and nationwide. At the same time, focusing on bringing cultural work to ethnic minorities in mountainous areas, remote areas and ethnic minority areas, contributing to narrowing the gap in information and cultural enjoyment between ethnic minorities in remote and urban areas.
Activities to develop reading culture and serve readers in the library system continue to be maintained from the province to the grassroots level and the basic indicators of reader service have all met and exceeded the set plan. Mr. Dinh Xuan Huong, Director of the Provincial Library, said: In order to meet the needs of cultural enjoyment, especially reading, in recent times, the Provincial Library has diversified its service forms for the people. In addition to traditional forms such as displaying, introducing new books, specialized books, propaganda documents, and circulating documents, the Provincial Library has put its collection of documents on the website (thuvienninhthuan.vn) so that readers can access, search, listen and read anytime, anywhere; conduct mobile trips to the grassroots level; deploy service for readers on Saturday mornings at the Provincial Library...

Heritage management and museum activities continue to be promoted and focused on; the work of preserving and promoting the values of cultural heritage in the province has been well implemented. From 2020 to present, our province has 1 scenic spot (Vinh Hy Bay) and 2 lists of intangible cultural heritage (New Year rituals of the Cham people in Binh Nghia village and the New Rice Festival of the Raglai people, Phuoc Ha commune, Thuan Nam district) recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the national level; 5 artisans were awarded the title of excellent artisan in the field of intangible cultural heritage by the President. The Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to recognize 4 provincial-level relics; digitized more than 200 artifacts and built a number of collections of artifacts. In addition, it also coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology to successfully organize and implement topics on place names of Ninh Thuan province; investigated the intangible culture of the Cham people in Ninh Thuan province; Collecting and translating Han-Nom documents in historical relics in the province... All products are transferred and used effectively in research and conservation of cultural heritage.
Promoting the achieved results, in the remaining half of the term, the whole sector continues to organize on-site exhibitions and visual propaganda to celebrate major holidays; focus on exploiting the cultural and folk arts capital of ethnic groups in the province (Cham, Raglai) to develop and include in the art performance program to effectively implement the Resolution of the 5th Central Committee (VIII term) of the Party Central Committee on preserving and developing advanced Vietnamese culture with strong national identity; build policies and support ethnic minority people and outstanding ethnic minority artisans in transmitting, training and fostering their successors; advise the Provincial People's Committee to complete the master plan to preserve, restore and promote the value of Hoa Lai tower and Po Klong Garai tower relics associated with Ninh Thuan tourism development until 2030; strengthen the work of surveying, inventorying, collecting and documenting traditional cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.
