Today, April 26, the People's Councils of Cam Xuyen district, Hong Linh town and Ky Anh town held a meeting to discuss and collect public opinions on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units in 2025.

The People's Council meeting took place in Cam Xuyen district.

In Cam Xuyen district, reports on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units in 2025 were approved; results of public consultation on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units in 2025; and a resolution approving the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units in 2025 in Cam Xuyen district. Accordingly, the percentage of voters agreeing with the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units reached 99.43%.

The People's Council meeting took place in Hong Linh

In Hong Linh, the People's Council of the town voted to approve the plan to arrange 7 commune-level administrative units into 2 wards, reducing 5 commune-level administrative units. Establishing Bac Hong Linh ward on the basis of merging 4 units, including: Bac Hong ward, Duc Thuan ward, Trung Luong ward (belonging to Hong Linh town) and Xuan Lam commune (belonging to Nghi Xuan district). Establishing Nam Hong Linh ward on the basis of merging 3 units, including: Nam Hong ward, Dau Lieu ward, Thuan Loc commune. The results of collecting people's opinions on the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units in Hong Linh town showed that 100% of voters agreed.

The People's Council meeting took place in Ky Anh

In Ky Anh, delegates listened to the Summary Report on the project to rearrange commune-level administrative units of Ha Tinh province in 2025 and the results of collecting public opinions. Accordingly, after the rearrangement, Ky Anh town will have 04 wards and 01 commune from 08 wards and 03 communes. On April 23-24, Ky Anh town conducted a survey of voters in the area, most of whom agreed with the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units in 2025. After two days of collecting opinions, the majority of voters agreed with the plan, and the town People's Council also passed a resolution approving the rearrangement policy.

In general, all three localities recorded high consensus in perfecting the grassroots apparatus.
