AI Hai Phong is a special artificial intelligence system, built on documents, processes, and administrative documents of Hai Phong city government.

This application is capable of supporting officials in daily tasks such as managing, searching for records, documents, decrees, drafting administrative documents, writing reports, planning, summarizing documents and chatting (chat) interacting with documents using AI.

This helps to significantly reduce manual workload, save time, and improve the quality and accuracy of administrative documents.

In addition, the Hai Phong AI application also provides a separate assistant for city leaders. The assistant version dedicated to leaders is capable of synthesizing and analyzing public opinion and domestic and foreign press information; automatically identifying and warning about negative and distorted information, while providing appropriate and timely suggestions and communication ideas to support the work of operating, managing and handling communication crises effectively.

In addition, the AI ​​assistant also helps leaders evaluate the work progress of departments and subordinates with vivid visual charts. The staff participating in the training had direct practice, familiarization and on-site application of these new features.

The training sessions attracted a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees and organizations of Hai An district and Kien Thuy district (Hai Phong city).
