Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau has decided to establish a Standing Team to exchange information and content related to the administrative unit arrangement project during the holiday from April 30 to May 4, 2025.

According to the decision, the standing team is responsible for being on duty during the holiday from April 30 to May 4, 2025 to promptly exchange information and content related to the project to rearrange administrative units at the provincial and commune levels when requested by the Central Government.

The head of the group is comrade Sai Thi Yen, Director of the Department of Home Affairs. The deputy head is comrade Do Huy Chinh, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs. The standing members of the group include comrades: Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Bui Van Thang, Director of the Department of Finance Nguyen Trong Tue, Director of the Department of Construction Nguyen Hoai Long and Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.

If necessary, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs (team leader) has the right to invite a number of departments, branches and units of the province to participate in the standing team.

Before May 1, Hai Duong province will complete the dossier on administrative unit arrangement and send it to the Ministry of Home Affairs for appraisal, complete the dossier and submit it to the Government for submission to the National Assembly Standing Committee for consideration and decision.

It is expected that the Ministry of Home Affairs will base on the project documents of the provinces and cities to appraise, synthesize and develop a common project during the holiday period (from April 30 to May 4) to promptly submit to the relevant levels according to regulations.
