At the same time, the school grounds, yard, gate, fence, garage, water supply and drainage system, transformer station, fire prevention and fighting system were leveled.

Chi Linh High School has invested to demolish the old principal's house and classroom building, build a 3-storey administrative building with a construction floor area of ​​about 1,200 m2; build a 3-storey classroom building with 12 classrooms and 3 libraries with a construction floor area of ​​about 1,800 m2 and a fire prevention and fighting system.

The total investment of the projects is expected to be 101.07 billion VND from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025. The project implementation period is in the period 2024 - 2025. The project investor is the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
