In the 2024-2025 school year, Hanoi's educational scale continues to grow, leading the country with nearly 2.3 million students, more than 130,000 staff and teachers, and 2,913 schools.
To solve the problem of lack of schools in the context of rapid population growth, this school year, Hanoi put into use many new schools at all levels.
Notably, among the new schools built and put into use from the 2024-2025 school year, many schools are projects to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).
Recently, 4 schools in Dong Anh district were recognized by the city and had signs to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, including: An Duong Vuong Secondary School, Kim Chung Kindergarten, Xuan Canh Kindergarten, Xuan Canh Secondary School.

Put into use from August 2024, Kim Chung Kindergarten (Nhue village, Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district) has an area of 8,000m2, a scale of 16 classrooms and full functional rooms and kitchen.
Classrooms and functional rooms are designed in a modern style, full of natural light, airy, and safe for children during activities, studying, playing, eating, and sleeping.

Teacher Le Huyen Thu, Principal of Kim Chung Kindergarten, shared that the school consists of 2 campuses with 20 groups and classes, and 616 students. The opening of the school in Nhue village is of great significance to the teachers and students of the school as well as the people of Nhue village and Kim Chung commune. The children study at a school with spacious and modern facilities. The kitchen follows food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the care and nutrition of children.
In addition, the opening of the Nhue village school will attract a large number of students studying at private kindergartens in the village and commune. The school has been invested in synchronous facilities, attracting children from private kindergartens, reducing the number of children in a class, contributing to improving the quality of care, nurturing and education of children in Kim Chung commune and doing a good job of universalizing 5-year-old children, moving towards universalizing preschool children in the following years.
An Duong Vuong Secondary School (Viet Hung Commune, Dong Anh District) will also be put into use from May 2024.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the school will welcome 193 sixth graders out of a total of 469 students. According to Mr. Ngo Van Thang, Principal of the school, the school aims to build a happy school, helping students achieve their dreams.
