Hanoi: Propagating the Capital Law associated with the two-level local government model

The plan aims to continue to propagate and widely disseminate the Capital Law to organizations, enterprises, cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, armed forces, students, and people at home and abroad; at the same time, promote the role and responsibility of city authorities at all levels, the mobilization of the entire political system, the active coordination of central and local agencies in the country, enterprises, people, and the whole society in propagating and disseminating the Capital Law so that it can truly come into life.

The propaganda period is carried out annually and the peak of propaganda and training is from now until the end of 2026.

The propaganda content focuses on: The necessity of building the Capital Law; viewpoints and orientations for building the Capital Law; purposes and meanings of the Capital Law; basic contents of the Capital Law; policies according to the fields prescribed in the Capital Law; documents implementing the Capital Law; activities of agencies, organizations, legal forums, conferences, seminars, discussions, etc.

To do this well, the city's departments, branches, sectors, and units, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city are responsible for organizing the dissemination, dissemination, and serious and effective implementation of this plan to all cadres, civil servants, and public employees in the agencies and units. At the same time, organize in-depth training on policies in areas under the authority prescribed in the Capital Law and documents implementing the Capital Law; develop and organize the implementation of the plan in their agencies, units, and localities.
