The route is about 1.6km long. The typical cross-section is 50m, the main roadway on both sides is 4 lanes wide; the local roadway on both sides is 4 lanes wide.

At the intersection between the route and the existing North-South railway and Ngoc Hoi route (National Highway 1A), arrange a direct overpass.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to check and confirm the project documents and route location in accordance with the decision content.

The City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board presides over and coordinates with the Thanh Tri District People's Committee, the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning and related units to organize the public announcement and handover of the project plan and route location documents approved by the City People's Committee to the Van Dien Town People's Committee, the Tam Hiep, Vinh Quynh and Tu Hiep communes, Thanh Tri district to manage the construction planning along both sides of the road.
