According to the complaint sent to the press, Ms. Duong Thi Ngoc Q., parent of D.MK, said that from March 10 to March 17, when she picked her child up, she saw that her child was showing signs of panic, fear, and refused to go to school because "the teacher beat her child". Along with that, at night her child was in a state of panic and cried at night.

On March 17, my grandfather asked the teachers in the class. They admitted that they had beaten K. but only lightly because he lacked life skills. They hoped the parents would understand so that they could continue teaching him.

On March 19, Ms. Q. went to the school to request the camera footage. She also questioned the teachers, who admitted that they had hit K, but lightly.

After returning home, she opened the USB to save the camera extract and could only see the footage from March 18, at the classroom door and the bathroom.

On March 20, the family reported to the Mai Dong ward police station, and the school had just extracted all the classroom and restroom cameras from March 10-17. Through the cameras, Ms. Q. saw her child and several other students being beaten continuously.

As a result, her child suffered psychological trauma, was very afraid of going to school, and always told stories about being beaten painfully by the teacher at school.

"Our family is very upset because my child and many other students were beaten many times, the incident lasted for many days, this violates professional ethics and code of conduct. I hope the incident will be handled according to the law," Ms. Q. wrote in the petition.

Speaking to Dan Tri reporter by phone on the evening of March 24, a representative of the Einstein Academy Kindergarten said that the three teachers had just been forced to quit their jobs by the school. At the same time, all statements were authorized by the school to be made by a lawyer.
