Báo Thanh niênBáo Thanh niên02/07/2023

HNX received information from many investors about being impersonated by scammers to invite them to sign cooperation contracts for super-profitable investment packages. Accordingly, the subjects used fake seals and cut and pasted signatures of HNX leaders to call for super-profitable investments through cooperation contracts and chat rooms on social platforms. According to the content of the investment contract, the investment package is 70 million VND, with a committed profit of 1.12 billion VND.

HNX found that this is a new behavior with signs of defrauding investors, illegally using the brand identity, image and information of the Hanoi Stock Exchange, negatively affecting the reputation and brand of the unit.

HNX affirms that it does not organize any type of cooperation transaction signing. Currently, HNX only has one website with the domain name www.hnx.vn, all websites that illegally use the image, brand and information of HNX to call for investment are illegal.

HNX is researching information and working with authorities to take measures to prevent and minimize damage to investors and the market. Investors should be cautious and research information carefully before deciding to invest.

Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) also issued a warning about impersonating HoSE to invite investors in groups on social networking sites.
