On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, Ninh Khanh Prison (located in Ninh Van Commune, Hoa Lu District) has been fully preparing conditions to take care of prisoners' material and spiritual needs during Tet; at the same time, properly implementing the lenient policy of the Party and State on reducing sentences for prisoners on this occasion.

Present at Ninh Khanh Prison on December 28, we felt the bustling, warm atmosphere as the prisoners participated in many activities to prepare for the traditional New Year; along with that was the joy and excitement of the prisoners whose sentences were reduced to reunite with their families. For the prisoners here, each passing Tet is a step closer to their return home. Hopefully, these special Tets in prison will help the prisoners have more motivation to reform well, soon return to reunite with their families, and integrate into society.
