Within the framework of the forum, the Vietnam Tourism Association announced the decision to establish the Vietnam Green Tourism Association and launched the Executive Board of the Association, aiming to concretize the goal of "Developing green destinations - Elevating Vietnam Tourism".

The Vietnam Tourism Association also held a ceremony to honor outstanding organizations, businesses and individuals in the tourism sector in 2024. The Association awarded Cups, Certificates of Merit and Certificates to 224 awards, including 155 groups and 69 individuals. In particular, 29 outstanding pioneering businesses were honored with the VITA GREEN Green Tourism Label, recognizing their efforts in creating a green and sustainable tourism foundation.

At the closing ceremony, the Vietnam Tourism Association awarded commemorative medals to agencies and units that contributed to the success of the fair.
