It is expected that about 10,000 delegates, people and tourists will attend the opening ceremony of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024 at Tam Coc-Bich Dong Tourist Area.

To ensure safety, security and create favorable conditions for people and tourists, the Organizing Committee of the Tourism Week has arranged free transportation for tourists and people to attend the Opening Ceremony. The pick-up location is in Hoa Lu Ancient Town, starting at 5:00 p.m. on June 1 and returning after the Opening Ceremony. Thus, visitors can park their vehicles in Hoa Lu Ancient Town and travel for free by the Organizing Committee's vehicles.

Along with that, the authorities have developed a plan to regulate traffic to ensure security and order during the event.

Specifically, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. from June 1 to 8, all motor vehicles are prohibited from traveling on Road 478B from Dong Gung bus station gate to Dong Van bridge, Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu district.

For vehicles with 9 seats or less, motorbikes that need to move into the area of ​​Dam Khe village, Hai Nham village... and vice versa (not through the pedestrian street section), the authorities will divert traffic into the road through the village gate of Tuan Cao village, Ninh Thang commune, onto the He river dike, to the intersection near Nam Hoa hotel with road 478B and vice versa.

On the opening day of Ninh Binh Tourism Week (Saturday, June 1), from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., all cars with 16 seats or more, trucks entering and stopping on Road 478B, the road from Ninh Thang Commune People's Committee area to Dong Van Bridge, Ninh Hai Commune (except for vehicles with priority signs) will be banned.

From 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, all vehicles are prohibited from circulating and stopping on Road 478B, the road section from the Ninh Thang Commune People's Committee area to Dong Van Bridge, Ninh Hai Commune (except for vehicles with priority signs).

For cars with 16 seats or less, go from Bich Dong Pagoda to National Highway 1T - follow the road to Team 4, Van Lam village, Ninh Hai commune - follow the dike road on the left of He Duong river - enter Dong Dot residential area - go to road 478B and exit to National Highway 1T.

Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024 will have many attractive activities, especially the Opening Ceremony held at Tam Coc-Bich Dong Tourist Area on June 1; the ceremony will be held on Ngo Dong River from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; the official opening will be held at Dong Gung bus station at 8:00 p.m. with the participation of many famous singers such as Ha Anh Tuan, Hoa Minzy, the program is open for free.
