Provincial leaders visited and presented gifts to families with meritorious services and people with meritorious services on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day.

The delegation of the province and communes visited and presented gifts to Heroic Mother Pham Thi Tam (91 years old), in Lang Uyen village, Nho Quan commune. The delegation also visited and presented gifts to Heroic Mother Tran Thi Be (96 years old), in Hamlet 4, Phu Son commune.

At the places he visited and presented gifts, Comrade Dinh Viet Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, expressed his deep respect and gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, as well as their relatives, to the cause of fighting for national liberation and unification. The noble sacrifices of the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and the revolutionary traditions of their families will forever be shining examples for today's generations to follow.

Comrade Dinh Viet Dung kindly inquired about the health and living conditions of the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers. He hoped that the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and their families would continue to uphold the tradition, educate their children and grandchildren to follow the family tradition, actively compete in labor production, contribute to society, and contribute to building a prosperous and beautiful homeland.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and the delegation visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Ruong, born in 1921, in residential group 2, Lien Huy. Mother Ruong gave birth to 7 children, 2 of whom are martyrs. Currently, Mother is living with her eldest son's family, and is being cared for by the Ninh Binh Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien kindly inquired about the health of Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Ruong and her family; at the same time expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices, dedication and contributions of Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Ruong and her family to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. He wished her good health and longevity, always being a spiritual support to encourage her children and grandchildren in the family; continuing to be a shining example for today's generations to follow.

On this occasion, comrade Nguyen Minh Tien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and the delegation also sent gifts to visit revolutionary veteran Vu Thi Van, born in 1926, in Me street. She is now old and weak and living with her children and grandchildren in Hanoi city.

*Comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee visited and presented gifts to policy families and meritorious people in Nam Hong commune. Accompanying the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee were leaders of Nam Hong commune.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Nguyen Hoang Ha and leaders of Nam Hong commune visited and presented gifts to Hero of the People's Armed Forces Vu Trong Cuong, in Thuong Phu hamlet. Mr. Vu Trong Cuong participated in the campaigns: Liberation of Saigon - Gia Dinh in 1975, Border from 1977 to 1979 and was awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces in 1979. Visited and presented gifts to Mr. Tran Kim Thanh, 78 years of Party membership, in Tu Quan hamlet, a pre-uprising cadre, imprisoned by the enemy; his family helped the revolution and was awarded a certificate of merit to the country in 1980 and a First Class Order and Medal in 1981.

At the places he visited, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ha, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, kindly inquired about the health and life of the families and expressed his gratitude for the sacrifices, losses, and great contributions of the families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services to the revolution. He hoped that the families would continue to uphold their glorious traditions, strive to overcome difficulties, build a prosperous and happy life; educate their children and grandchildren to be exemplary in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; actively participate in local patriotic emulation movements, and join hands to build an increasingly prosperous and civilized homeland.

At the same time, he requested Party committees and local authorities to continue to well implement the Party and State's policies and regimes for families of people with revolutionary contributions; mobilize all resources to continue to care for and create more favorable conditions for families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions, helping them overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

*Comrade Pham Thi Thu Hang, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television visited and presented gifts to veteran revolutionaries in Quynh Luu commune. Also present were leaders of the Department of Home Affairs and Quynh Luu commune.

Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Newspaper, Radio and Television Pham Thi Thu Hang visited and presented gifts to the families of veteran revolutionaries currently living in the commune, including Ms. Luong Thi Ruoc, born in 1921, in Lu Phong village; Ms. Van Thi My, born in 1920, in Sai village and Mr. Pham Van Xuyen, born in 1929, in Doi village.

At the families he visited, the Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television kindly asked about the health and life of the revolutionary elders; at the same time expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the revolutionary elders to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

He wished that the veteran revolutionaries would always be healthy, continue to encourage their children and grandchildren to uphold the revolutionary tradition of their families, set good examples in community life, strive to study and work, and actively contribute to the construction of their homeland and country. At the same time, he also requested that the local government continue to do a good job of caring for and improving the lives of policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in the area.

*Comrade Mai Thanh Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Tran Thi Bon in Khanh Trung commune. Also attending were representatives of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council; Department of Home Affairs; and leaders of Khanh Trung commune.

Heroic Vietnamese Mother Tran Thi Bon, born in 1926 in Hamlet 11, Khanh Trung Commune. Her husband and only son died on the battlefield. Overcoming the pain of loss, she struggled to raise her two daughters to adulthood.

Comrade Mai Thanh Long kindly asked about the health of Heroic Mother Tran Thi Bon and wished her happiness and good health with her children and grandchildren. He affirmed that the Party, State and People always remember the great contributions and sacrifices of Heroic Mothers of Vietnam for the cause of national liberation and reunification. Her noble sacrifice and the revolutionary tradition of her family will forever be a shining example for today's generations to follow.

*Comrade Le Xuan Huy, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and presented gifts to Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Thuoc, Rang Dong commune. Mother Nguyen Thi Thuoc (born in 1927) had a husband, martyr Ta Van Tao, who sacrificed his life for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; her son, martyr Ta Van Co, sacrificed his life in the resistance war against the US to save the country in 1970. In 2014, Mother Thuoc was honored to be awarded the State title "Heroic Mother of Vietnam". She is currently living with her children and grandchildren in the locality, and is in poor health.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Xuan Huy kindly visited the health and life of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Thuoc and her family; expressed deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of the Mother and her family to the cause of national liberation. He wished the Mother and her family good health, to be a spiritual support, to encourage their children and grandchildren to study hard, work hard, and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements in the locality.

He also requested that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay attention to and do a good job of "Repaying gratitude", effectively implementing the policies of the Party and State, and regularly paying attention and taking good care of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers and people with meritorious services in the area.

*Comrade Nguyen Hai Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province and leaders of Phat Diem and Quang Thien communes visited and presented gifts to a number of policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in the area.

In Phat Diem commune, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Hai Dung and the delegation visited and presented gifts to Ms. Pham Thi Loi (born in 1928) - a veteran revolutionary in Phu Vinh street; visited and presented gifts to Ms. Tran Thi Du (born in 1939), former Chairwoman of Phat Diem town People's Committee (old), a Labor Hero, Member of the 8th National Assembly; whose husband was a Dien Bien soldier who participated in two resistance wars against France and the US, and was awarded many Medals and the 70-year Party membership badge.

In Quang Thien commune, comrade Nguyen Hai Dung and the delegation visited and presented gifts to People's Armed Forces Hero Tran Xuan Sinh (born in 1948), in hamlet 12, a 2/4 class disabled veteran. The delegation also visited and presented gifts to Mrs. Tran Thi Tam (born in 1949), in hamlet 13. She is a person who contributed to the revolution. She has suffered from a stroke for many years now and cannot walk.

At the families he visited, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Hai Dung kindly asked about the health and living conditions of the families, expressing his deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of the families of veteran revolutionaries and those who contributed to the cause of national liberation and unification.
