The delegation of the province and communes visited and presented gifts to Heroic Mother Pham Thi Tam (91 years old), in Lang Uyen village, Nho Quan commune. The delegation also visited and presented gifts to Heroic Mother Tran Thi Be (96 years old), in Hamlet 4, Phu Son commune.
At the places he visited and presented gifts, Comrade Dinh Viet Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, expressed his deep respect and gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, as well as their relatives, to the cause of fighting for national liberation and unification. Mother Ruong gave birth to 7 children, 2 of whom are martyrs. Currently, Mother is living with her eldest son's family, and is being cared for by the Ninh Binh Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
Comrade Nguyen Minh Tien kindly inquired about the health of Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Ruong and her family; at the same time expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices, dedication and contributions of Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Ruong and her family to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. He wished her good health and longevity, always being a spiritual support to encourage her children and grandchildren in the family; continuing to be a shining example for today's generations to follow.

She is now old and weak and living with her children and grandchildren in Hanoi city.
*Comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee visited and presented gifts to policy families and meritorious people in Nam Hong commune. Heroic Vietnamese Mother Tran Thi Bon, born in 1926 in Hamlet 11, Khanh Trung Commune. Her husband and only son died on the battlefield. Overcoming the pain of loss, she struggled to raise her two daughters to adulthood.
Comrade Mai Thanh Long kindly asked about the health of Heroic Mother Tran Thi Bon and wished her happiness and good health with her children and grandchildren. He affirmed that the Party, State and People always remember the great contributions and sacrifices of Heroic Mothers of Vietnam for the cause of national liberation and reunification. Her noble sacrifice and the revolutionary tradition of her family will forever be a shining example for today's generations to follow.
*Comrade Le Xuan Huy, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and presented gifts to Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Thuoc, Rang Dong commune. Mother Nguyen Thi Thuoc (born in 1927) had a husband, martyr Ta Van Tao, who sacrificed his life for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; her son, martyr Ta Van Co, sacrificed his life in the resistance war against the US to save the country in 1970. In 2014, Mother Thuoc was honored to be awarded the State title "Heroic Mother of Vietnam". She is currently living with her children and grandchildren in the locality, and is in poor health.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Xuan Huy kindly visited the health and life of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Thuoc and her family; expressed deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of the Mother and her family to the cause of national liberation. He wished the Mother and her family good health, to be a spiritual support, to encourage their children and grandchildren to study hard, work hard, and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements in the locality.

In Quang Thien commune, comrade Nguyen Hai Dung and the delegation visited and presented gifts to People's Armed Forces Hero Tran Xuan Sinh (born in 1948), in hamlet 12, a 2/4 class disabled veteran. The delegation also visited and presented gifts to Mrs. Tran Thi Tam (born in 1949), in hamlet 13. She is a person who contributed to the revolution. She has suffered from a stroke for many years now and cannot walk.
