Dong Nai: Announcement of hotline number to support taxpayers

The list of 94 hotline numbers is publicly available on the tax industry website and at one-stop shops in communes and wards in the province.

The hotline numbers are the phone numbers of the leaders of the Dong Nai provincial tax authority at each level, including: Head of Provincial Tax at phone number 0949.458.258 ; 5 Heads of professional management departments under Provincial Tax; 10 Heads of grassroots Tax under Provincial Tax and 79 hotline numbers at 10 grassroots taxes.

When calling the public phone numbers, taxpayers will have their questions about administrative procedures and tax applications directly answered right at the taxpayer's location. All 94 hotline numbers will be publicly posted on the press system, the tax industry's electronic information page and at the one-stop department of communes and wards in the province.

Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang, Head of Dong Nai Provincial Tax Department, said that the announcement of the hotline to support taxpayers is one of the solutions to implement Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP dated June 9, 2025 of the Government on the implementation of administrative procedures under the one-stop mechanism, one-stop connection at the one-stop department and the National Public Service Portal; the Government's direction on ensuring the smooth operation of online public services during the process of rearranging administrative units that Dong Nai Provincial Tax Department has proactively implemented, ensuring that the handling of tax-related administrative procedures is uninterrupted, smooth and effective.

Currently, most tax administrative procedures have been carried out electronically, combined with a one-stop mechanism between tax authorities and relevant departments, branches and sectors.

For cases where taxpayers need to directly resolve administrative procedures, all one-stop departments from the grassroots tax level to the provincial tax level are fully staffed with tax officers to receive and support, ensuring no distinction between administrative boundaries. With the motto of Transparency - Professionalism - Integrity - Innovation, the tax sector of Dong Nai province continues to strive to serve taxpayers in a professional and responsible manner, creating a friendly and modern administrative environment, taking people as the center of service.
