After the 7-day peak campaign to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 ended, on September 16, comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and encouraged officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Police - the main and core forces participating in the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 in the province. Accompanying the delegation were the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee and related departments and branches.

Storm No. 3 (Yagi) - the strongest storm in decades has caused serious consequences for many localities in the North, including Quang Ninh. Thoroughly implementing the direction of the Central Government and the province, the armed forces in the province have strongly promoted the spirit of selflessness for the country, serving the people, actively participating in the work of preventing, combating and responding to storm No. 3. Especially, implementing the 7-day peak campaign to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3, the armed forces in the whole province have mobilized more than 60,700 officers and soldiers; thousands of equipment, vehicles and tools to support people in preventing, combating, responding, rescuing, providing relief, ensuring security, order and overcoming damage caused by storms and floods.

With the timely and drastic direction of authorities at all levels, the joint efforts of forces, in which the core is the provincial armed forces and the people, up to now, the work of overcoming storm damage has been carried out by Quang Ninh province resolutely, actively and promptly, gradually restoring production and stabilizing people's lives.

After the storm passes, the aftermath of the storm will take a long time to recover. There will be many difficulties and challenges in the coming time.
