Accordingly, on November 8, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation Bui Thi Minh Hoai, on behalf of the Hanoi Party Committee Standing Committee, signed and issued Decision No. 7738-QD/TU on the assignment of Nguyen Van Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 17th term, 2020-2025. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 6, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung chaired the ceremony to announce and present the Politburo's decision at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU).

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong announced Decision No. 1638/QDNSTU dated October 30, 2024 of the Politburo. According to the Decision, the Politburo transferred comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyen - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, cease holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; transferred to work at the Central Office of the Vietnam Women's Union; appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Women's Union for the 2022-2027 term.
