An Tuong Ward was established on the basis of merging 5 administrative units including 2 wards: Hung Thanh, An Tuong and 3 communes: An Khang, Luong Vuong, Hoang Khai. Speaking at the Congress, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh emphasized that An Tuong ward needs to clearly identify specific targets and feasible solutions; effectively exploit favorable conditions in terms of geographical location near the political and administrative center of the province, and synchronous infrastructure to develop diverse economic types. Focus on implementing the Resolution of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. The ward needs to promote the digitization of records and data, and build a digital government to serve people and businesses in the fastest and most convenient way. An Tuong is a ward with a large population and a large number of administrative transactions, so it must become a model of administrative reform and providing public services to people.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh suggested that the ward review and supplement the planning to ensure it is consistent and consistent with the provincial planning; restructure the space for green, civilized and sustainable urban development; produce goods associated with product branding, apply science and technology in production; promote investment attraction; develop human resources, solve jobs, and increase income for people. In particular, An Tuong must be the leading locality in the province in implementing solutions to promote private economic development according to Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo and Action Program No. 06 dated August 11, 2025 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee. The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the tasks are to do well in social security work, preserve and promote the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities; maintain political stability, social order and safety; build a clean and strong ward Party Committee, and innovate in Party cell activities. Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh emphasized the need to resolutely handle manifestations and behaviors of waste, negativity, bureaucracy, arrogance, shirking of responsibility... to improve the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new revolutionary period.
