The leader of the Provincial Police Party Committee said that in recent years, Party committees, Party organizations and Party members in the entire Party Committee have seriously organized research and thoroughly grasped Conclusion No. 21 and Directive No. 26. In particular, a number of creative and innovative methods have been applied and implemented, such as: Proactively researching, developing and promulgating plans on international cooperation in drug prevention and control; sending working groups to the northern provinces of Laos to conduct basic investigations, verify and arrest wanted subjects, form border corridors and safe buffer zones; directing the development of plans for patrolling, controlling, preventing and combating crimes and law violations on traffic routes; advising Party committees and authorities to lead, direct inspections, checks and supervision of areas prone to violations to prevent and promptly overcome loopholes and shortcomings to prevent violations from occurring.
