On the morning of February 10, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation held a consultation conference to collect opinions on draft laws submitted to the 7th Session. 9 (extraordinary session), 15th National Assembly. Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, chaired the conference. Also attending the conference were comrades: Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the conference, delegates discussed and commented on four draft laws, including: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly; Law on Organization of the Government (amended); Law on Organization of Local Government (amended); Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents (amended).
Most of the comments agreed with the need to promulgate laws, and also commented on many contents: Clarifying theoretical and practical issues, legal bases, political bases of the draft laws, and impacts of policies when implemented in practice. The comments on specific issues were profound, qualitative, and linked to the practice in the implementation process over the past time, contributing to perfecting the content of the draft laws and resolutions.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, emphasized that the four draft laws are extremely important and urgent documents to continue implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Executive Committee, on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently".
He acknowledged and appreciated the delegates' comments on the draft laws. The comments will be received and compiled by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to be presented at the upcoming National Assembly session.
