
Participating in the flower and incense offering ceremony were leaders, officials, civil servants, and employees of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils of 6 provinces: Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue and Nghe An.
At the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, the delegation of 6 North Central provinces respectfully offered the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh a basket of fresh flowers and a stick of incense, expressing their sincere respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of Uncle Ho - the genius leader of our Party and people, an outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement.

He devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people around the world. He was honored by the world as a national liberation hero and an outstanding cultural figure.


Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh, in recent years, the collective leadership, cadres, civil servants and employees of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue provinces have constantly strived to study, practice and successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to improving the quality of activities of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils of each locality.

The delegation also expressed their wish to forever study and follow the ideology, morality and noble style of President Ho Chi Minh, continue to make efforts, innovate and be creative in advising and serving; well meet the increasingly high requirements and many innovations in the activities of the National Assembly delegation and People's Council in each locality.


The delegation of 6 North Central provinces also offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and his ancestors at Chung Son Temple; organized a memorial tree planting ceremony in the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site.
