Accordingly, the People's Committee of District 4 decided to transfer and appoint principals and vice principals of schools as follows:

• Ms. Huynh Le Diem Kieu, Principal of Kindergarten 3, came to work and was appointed to the position of Principal of Kindergarten 12.
• Ms. Dinh Thi Bich, Principal of Kindergarten 12, came to work and was appointed to the position of Principal of Kindergarten 3.
• Ms. Le Phuong Trinh, Principal of Kindergarten 6, came to work and was appointed as Principal of Kindergarten 10.
• Ms. Pham Thuy Thanh Thao, Principal of Kindergarten 10, came to work and was appointed as Principal of Kindergarten 6.
• Mr. Tran Thien Thanh, Principal of Ly Nhon Primary School, came to work and was appointed to the position of Principal of Vinh Hoi Primary School.
• Ms. Vu Diem Phuong, Vice Principal of Nguyen Van Troi Primary School, came to work and was appointed as Principal of Ly Nhon Primary School.
• Ms. Chau Dan Thuy, Vice Principal of Nguyen Thai Binh Primary School, came to work and was appointed to the position of Vice Principal of Nguyen Van Troi Primary School.
• Mr. Tran Duc Loc, a teacher at Xom Chieu Primary School, came to work and was appointed as Vice Principal of Nguyen Thai Binh Primary School.
• Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Kieu, a teacher at Bach Dang Primary School, came to work and was appointed as Vice Principal of Nguyen Hue 1 Primary School.
• Mr. Le Minh Hong, Vice Principal of Chi Lang Secondary School, came to work and was appointed to the position of Vice Principal of Tang Bat Ho Secondary School.
• Mr. Bui Van Tai, Vice Principal of Tang Bat Ho Secondary School, came to work and was appointed as Vice Principal of Chi Lang Secondary School.

At the ceremony to hand over the decision and transfer and appoint principals and vice principals of public schools on the afternoon of July 30, Mr. Le Van Chien, Chairman of the People's Committee of District 4, congratulated and highly appreciated the work process in the past time of the officials who had just received the decision. The Chairman of the People's Committee of District 4 expressed his confidence that in their new positions and working environment, the newly transferred and appointed managers will promote their experience and management capacity that have been accumulated through practical work in the units. Together, they will contribute to excellently completing the assigned tasks, promoting the tradition of internal solidarity, gradually improving the comprehensive education quality of the school, contributing to the overall development of District 4.
