On the evening of April 13, Bac Ninh province held a ceremony to celebrate the 1,015th anniversary of King Ly Thai To's coronation (March 15, 1010 - March 15, 2025) and received the Certificate of ranking Dinh Bang communal house as a special national relic; National relic of the Memorial House of former National Assembly Chairman Le Quang Dao; National treasure of the golden seal "Hoang De Chi Bao".

Attending and giving a speech at the ceremony, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the efforts, attempts, results and achievements of Bac Ninh province in recent times.

The National Assembly Chairman emphasized that the entire Party, the entire army, the entire people, and the entire political system are making efforts and determined to innovate, bringing the country into a new era, an era of national growth, including innovation and streamlining the political system's apparatus to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.

He noted that Bac Ninh is one of the localities that have been merged and have expanded its administrative boundaries, which will help Bac Ninh expand its economic scale, increase its competitiveness, attract investment and make the most of its development potential, creating more momentum for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building a clean and strong political system, improving the material and spiritual life of the people, especially creating new space for promoting the value of the province's cultural heritage.

The National Assembly Chairman requested Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front and people of Bac Ninh province to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the direction of General Secretary To Lam and the policies and resolutions of the Party and State on socio-economic development; and preserve and develop cultural heritage.

He also requested Bac Ninh to continue effectively implementing policies on reorganizing the political system, reorganizing administrative units and organizing two-level local governments in the spirit of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Emphasizing that diverse and rich cultural heritages are one of the important driving forces and resources for Bac Ninh to develop rapidly and sustainably, the National Assembly Chairman noted that the province needs to strengthen education and dissemination of valuable heritages with traditional cultural identity so that all people understand the historical value of the nation and join hands to preserve and protect them.
