Lam Dong Province's Department of Home Affairs has just issued a document requesting the chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones of the province to organize a review and assign cadres according to the criteria of the right person, right job, right expertise, and right number according to task requirements.
The Department of Home Affairs said that recently, many commune-level administrative units have arranged and assigned officials and civil servants inappropriately, not ensuring the right person, right job, and right professional expertise. This has led to a surplus of civil servants or a partial shortage of civil servants in some positions.

The Department of Home Affairs recommends that localities arrange officials and civil servants with appropriate qualifications, capacity and expertise for positions related to construction management, land, environmental resources, finance, etc. to ensure work needs and handle administrative procedures for organizations and people.
