Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the trend of "hunting" for land with beautiful views, building "check-in" locations to attract visitors to sell tickets, sell coffee, restaurants... has flourished but gradually subsided.
With the news of merging provinces and cities, will this type of real estate "attract" customers again?
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha (Ha Eva), owner of Eva Village (Gia Nghia district, Dak Nong province), during the April 30 holiday this year, Eva Village was packed with guests staying and checking in... This contributed to increasing the value of this beautiful villa area.
According to Ms. Ha, the success of this project is also due to a methodical and correct investment strategy that meets market demand.
Real estate with beautiful views will attract customers when invested properly.
According to the reporter of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, right after the news of merging Dak Nong province (with Binh Thuan province) into Lam Dong province, along with the groundbreaking ceremony of the expressway from Binh Phuoc to Gia Nghia on April 28, many people came to this locality to "hunt" for beautiful land and invest in real estate.
Meanwhile, in some localities of Lam Dong province, real estate transactions are still quite quiet.
Also an area planned to be a check-in view, attracting customers, but Mr. Phuong (living in Thu Duc City - Ho Chi Minh City), owner of a coffee shop and homestay in Me Linh commune (Lam Ha district - Lam Dong) failed and is selling. According to Mr. Phuong, the investment value for the land was more than 6 billion VND for 1.2 hectares when the land price was not hot yet. After that, someone offered 12 billion VND but he did not sell because he expected the price to increase even higher. However, due to the trend of "hunting for beautiful views" calming down, currently, Mr. Phuong is selling this area for 8 billion VND but no one has bought it.
Mr. Tran Khanh Quang, General Director of Viet An Hoa Real Estate Company, said that a beautiful piece of land with a view to attract customers must meet basic criteria such as: unique nature (rivers, lakes, streams, clouds, waterfalls, etc.); favorable climate; large land area to invest in new architecture. More importantly, the project's legal status must be guaranteed, allowing temporary constructions, or allowing multi-purpose agricultural land, etc.
According to Mr. Quang, it is predicted that in the near future, the trend of "hunting" for land with beautiful views will become bustling again.
"Investors can choose good areas and locations where prices have dropped 10-30% before. At the same time, they must determine that if they invest in this real estate sector, they must... do it until it is successful.
