According to Batdongsan.com.vn's October 2023 real estate market report, the demand for real estate in Long An is showing positive developments with many types of interest growing well.
Specifically, the number of searches for apartments in Long An increased by 13% in October; the demand for land also increased by 10%; the demand for villas and townhouses increased by 3%; the demand for private houses increased by 6% and warehouses for sale increased by nearly 9% compared to the previous September.
According to Batdongsan.com.vn, Duc Hoa and Ben Luc are the two markets that are most interested in by real estate investors in Long An. In particular, the number of searches for real estate in Duc Hoa is leading, far surpassing other markets and continuing to grow by nearly 12% compared to the previous month. In particular, the type of land and residential land priced from 1-2 billion VND is of great interest.

In addition, Ben Luc district also recorded a 15% increase in demand compared to the previous month, mainly focusing on apartments and land plots under 2 billion VND because this is a rare market with high-rise apartment projects for sale.
This report also shows that in some other localities of Long An province, the number of real estate interests also increased, such as Tan Tru (up 26%), Can Duoc (up 15.7%) and Tan An (up 15). However, in general, the rate of real estate searches in the above areas is quite low compared to the other two "hot" localities of Long An.
Not only real estate for sale, the demand for renting houses and land in Long An also increased last month. Accordingly, the number of searches for warehouses and factories in Long An increased by 35.5%, private houses increased by 40%, and street-front townhouses increased by 46%. However, the demand for renting apartments in Long An decreased by more than 7%.
However, when considering supply, in addition to land plots, which recorded an 11% increase in supply for sale, the remaining types of real estate, such as apartments, townhouses, and project land plots for sale, all saw a decrease in supply last month. The average decrease was recorded at 3-5%.
Only Duc Hoa and Ben Luc districts are the two areas with an increase in the supply of real estate for sale (about 10%) in October. The remaining markets such as Tan Tru, Tan An, Can Giuoc, Thu Thua all decreased from 5-9% compared to the previous month.
However, the real estate supply in this market is still quite limited, especially for apartments and townhouses. Most of the projects for sale here are old projects being launched for sale in the next phase.
