In 2025, Hoa Binh aims for GRDP to reach over 10%. Of which, agriculture, forestry and fishery will increase by 4%; industry and construction will increase by 13.67% (industry alone will increase by 13.58%); services will increase by 9%; product taxes minus product subsidies will increase by 9%.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung requested that the leaders of Hoa Binh province find ways for the province to make more clear and effective breakthroughs, delving into each field and each issue.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung requested the province to continue to arrange and stabilize the organization of the political system; focus on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo.

To improve the business investment environment, the Deputy Prime Minister requested Hoa Binh province to resolutely remove difficulties for businesses, reform administration; train human resources, and enhance provincial competitiveness.

"The Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) ranking 53/63 is very low. The province needs to seriously learn from experience, review, revise, and set the goal of PCI in the top 40 by 2025," Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung emphasized.

Along with that, the Deputy Prime Minister noted that the province needs to develop industry as a foundation, build strategic transport infrastructure as a foundation for economic growth, and focus on improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
