VNPT Hanoi Business Center (VNPT VinaPhone Hanoi) said that VinaPhone maintains 22 transaction stores in Hanoi to serve customers during working hours from 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm.

Many stores are important transaction points to promptly support customer requests, such as registering subscriber information, connecting to new networks, reissuing SIM cards, paying bills, consulting on mobile services, internet, television and other digital products.

After the 2 holidays of April 30 and May 1, the remaining stores will return to normal service.

Viettel Telecommunications Corporation said that Viettel has arranged nearly 1,000 technical staff on duty 24/7, ready to serve customers.
