The program "Cycling across the border, friendship together" in 2025 is jointly organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province (Vietnam) and the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism of Fangchenggang city, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China).

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations and respond to the Vietnam-China Humanitarian Exchange Year.

Right after the opening ceremony, there was a cycling activity with a distance of 15km/trip, on 2 stages including: The first leg from Hoanh Mo border gate to Binh Lieu Palace Hotel, Binh Lieu district (time from 9:30 to 10:30) and the return leg from Binh Lieu Palace Hotel, Binh Lieu district to Hoanh Mo border gate (time from 12:15 to 13:30).

The event was attended by 300 athletes from both countries. In addition, the delegation had over 30 motorcyclists leading the delegation and over 80 people from the logistics force, ensuring medical work, security and safety.
