On February 24 and 25, in Ha Long City, the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Party Committee held a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to approve documents and preparations for the Congresses of affiliated Party Committees and Military Party Committees of districts, towns and cities for the 2025-2030 term; and worked with affiliated Party Committees and Military Party Committees of districts, towns and cities in 2025.

Colonel Nguyen Quang Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, chaired the conference. Also attending were Colonel Khuc Thanh Du, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Military Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command.

At the meeting, the commanders of agencies and units approved personnel documents and preparations for the Congress for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, they reported on outstanding results in leadership in implementing tasks in 2024, shortcomings, limitations, causes and solutions; directions, policies and solutions for leadership in implementing tasks in 2025; recommendations and proposals.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the subordinate Party Committees and Party Committees of districts, towns and cities in the past time, especially the preparation work for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the results of the leadership in implementing the tasks in 2024 and the first months of 2025; At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, Party Committees at all levels continue to do a good job in preparing and successfully organizing the Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Carefully review the targets, tasks and solutions in the Resolution on leadership and implementation in 2025 of the Provincial Military Party Committee and of the Party Committees at their level to advise and implement. Strictly implement the principle of democratic centralism, the Party Committee's working regulations, the leadership regulations of key work aspects, strengthen exchanges and unity within the Party Committee and command, and strive to excellently complete tasks.

Focus on leading the implementation of building military formations in defense areas, planning, repairing, and building headquarters of the commune-level Military Command; strictly maintaining combat readiness, grasping the local situation, coordinating staff, effectively handling situations, avoiding passivity and surprise, maintaining political security, social order and safety. At the same time, prepare forces and means to perform tasks of preventing and fighting natural disasters, preventing and fighting fires and forest fires; organize strict training for subjects; participate in competitions and sports with superiors to strive for high achievements; well implement the Army's rear policy; strictly manage and effectively use budget sources in accordance with the provisions of law; actively consolidate barracks, landscapes and environment; promote increased production, improve and enhance the lives of soldiers. Improve the quality of management, preservation and maintenance of weapons and technical equipment, ensuring timely response to missions, especially combat readiness, training, disaster prevention and search and rescue.
