The conference had about 80 trainees who were social opinion collaborators of the Party Committee of the Bloc, grassroots propagandists, representatives of advisory agencies, and mass organizations of the Party Committee of the Bloc attending.

At the Conference, delegates were informed and instructed on 3 topics including: the work of capturing and synthesizing public opinion through press networks, social networks, and the network of social opinion collaborators; the work of researching public opinion and sociological investigation methods (pollinating public opinion using social opinion ballots). The reporters also discussed and answered some questions from propagandists and collaborators.

Through the conference, timely provide information on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and topical and prominent issues of public interest so that collaborators can grasp and orient public opinion, contributing to ensuring ideological unity within the Party and government, and high consensus in society.
