- On May 21, the People's Committee of Loc Binh district organized the Emulation Congress to determine victory of the district's armed forces for the period 2019 - 2024. Attending the Congress were comrade Doan Thu Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Loc Binh District Party Committee; Colonel Le Van Ben, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

In recent years, the emulation movement of Loc Binh district's armed forces has been determined to win.   organized widely with increasingly rich and diverse forms, combining regular emulation with peak and surprise emulation, closely integrating emulation movements with campaigns of all levels and sectors, creating a large movement, bringing practical social effects.

The district's military regularly does a good job of advising and coordinating to grasp the situation, maintain political security, order, and social safety, and promote its core role in building a solid national defense posture associated with a solid people's security posture;   Successfully completed the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army, reaching 100% of the target. In addition, in the period of 2019-2024, the armed forces in the district participated in over 8,400 working days of repairing, cleaning, clearing rural roads, dredging canals, building rural roads, building new rural areas; coordinated the implementation of social security tasks, natural disaster prevention, epidemics...

From the emulation movement to win of the district's armed forces, many typical and advanced collectives and individuals have emerged.   Received Certificates of Merit from all levels and sectors   in performing tasks, emulation movements and local movements.

At the congress, delegates focused on discussing, proposing directions, goals, tasks and some key measures to promote the emulation movement for victory in the period of 2024-2029. In particular, the overarching goal is to promote the combined strength in building the district's armed forces with strong political will, high combat readiness, ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks well...

Speaking at the congress, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command and the leaders of Loc Binh District Party Committee acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the   Results and achievements of the district's military in the "Emulation to Win" movement in the 2019 period -   2024. At the same time, the comrades proposed that the district military   Continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's Directives and Resolutions on innovation in emulation and reward work; focus on leading and organizing the implementation of political and ideological education work, ensuring that 100% of military officers and soldiers have steadfast political will, are absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the People, and are ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

In addition, the district's military closely combines emulation with promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period with campaigns of all levels, sectors and localities;   promote the role and responsibility of a leader, have steadfast and firm political will, and have high fighting spirit.

On this occasion, Loc Binh district's armed forces had 12 collectives and 20 individuals receiving certificates of merit from the Chairman of the District People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement for victory, period 2019-2024.
