Deputy Nguyen Ho Hai also informed that Ho Chi Minh City is transferring medical equipment to the facilities and finding ways to maintain quality, attract doctors with appropriate policies and regimes... aiming at the goal of families to increase disease prevention rather than treatment. However, the quality of primary health care is still limited and improving the quality of medical facilities needs to have a roadmap for implementation.
