Accordingly, voters of Hoa Quy commune requested the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve the issue of Thanh Hoa Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. calculating overdue debts after the debt forgiveness period for the people. The reason is that the Company stopped purchasing without clear reasons and did not notify the people, so the people's products could not be sold, leading to people having to switch to other crops.

For many years, there have been floods and landslides, making it difficult to travel on the roads, but Ben En National Park does not allow mechanization for production, only manual work, so it is impossible to cultivate. Voters asked the province to consider a solution.
