Proactively check the system of works under the dike, pumping stations, drainage canal systems, measure the engines, test run the drainage pumping stations, drainage culverts to be ready to meet drainage requirements when needed. Assign 100% of the regular force, on duty 24/7.

Before the storm hit, Song Chu Company Limited inspected and re-evaluated the culverts under the critical dikes, checked the drainage plan, flood and storm prevention materials; regularly monitored and fully grasped information on the developments of rain, storms, floods, natural disasters, promptly synthesized and reported on natural disaster situations; received Telegrams, Directives, Orders, and Notices from superiors to promptly convey to relevant organizations and individuals.

At the same time, closely coordinate with local authorities and functional agencies to regularly inform people about weather and natural disaster developments, enhance their sense of responsibility in protecting natural disaster prevention works, proactively prevent and promptly avoid when natural disasters occur. Implement the motto: Proactively prevent, promptly respond, and effectively overcome. Implement plans to prevent storms, floods, prevent flooding, drain water to buffer the system, and clear local flow blockages on canals.
