During the past term, the Provincial Industrial Workers' Union has made efforts to achieve and exceed the targets and tasks set out in the resolution. The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests, and taking care of the lives of union members and workers has been promoted. Propaganda, mobilization, and education work; emulation movements, focusing on the movements of "Good workers, creative workers with productivity, quality, efficiency, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Good at public work, good at home work", "Innovation, creativity, and efficiency in the activities of trade union organizations" have been widely deployed, achieving high efficiency. The quality of activities and the role of trade unions at all levels have been increasingly improved, making important contributions to the development of units, enterprises, as well as the local socio-economy.

The 3rd Provincial Industrial Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028.

In the new term, the Provincial Industrial Workers' Union will continue to build a strong union organization; perform well the tasks of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees; participate in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises. Actively innovate the content and methods of operation, build a team of professional union officials with sufficient qualities and capacities to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Widely deploy patriotic emulation movements, contributing to building a modern and strong Vietnamese working class, always the core force, leading the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Provincial Industrial Workers' Union, term III, 2023-2028, consisting of 14 members.
