Graduated from the College of Finance and Accounting, in 2008, Mr. Le Minh Vu was recruited to work at the Planning - Credit Department of the Social Policy Bank of Ninh Thuan province. With his continuous efforts, he gradually took on many positions. No matter what position he held, Mr. Vu always demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, dedication and enthusiasm, including when he was appointed as Deputy Director of the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Ninh Son district. This is an area with more than 28% ethnic minorities living, the credit quality is still low, but he always plays a good role as a "link" to bring policy capital in a timely manner, to the right beneficiaries and promote the effectiveness of loan capital.

Mr. Vu shared: The Social Policy Bank is a special bank, different from commercial banks, operating not for profit but for the goal of poverty reduction and social security. To do this task well, bank staff must regularly go to remote villages and communes to check and listen to people's thoughts and aspirations in supporting capital for family economic development. From there, grasp the psychology of the people in order to mobilize, explain, and support them to solve difficulties in completing loan applications, only then can preferential credit capital be transferred promptly and effectively to beneficiaries. In 5 years (from 2018-2023) as Deputy Director of the Ninh Son District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office, Mr. Vu has helped the unit complete 100% of the assigned capital credit plan, the annual interest rate reaches over 99% of the plan; overdue debt accounts for only 0.15%; 100% of the operational quality of savings and loan groups and commune transaction points is guaranteed.

From November 2023 to present, in the position of Deputy Head of Internal Control and Inspection Department of the Provincial Social Policy Bank branch, Mr. Vu continues to promote his capacity and experience in inspection and supervision, contributing to ensuring operational safety and credit quality. In addition to his professional expertise, Mr. Vu is also the author of many initiatives that bring practical benefits to the people, typically: "Solutions to advise the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune to strengthen leadership and direction to improve the quality of social policy credit in Hoa Son commune"; Initiative "Building a function to support monitoring the savings activities of savings group members and borrowing capital on IMS reporting information software"; "Solutions to coordinate in promoting propaganda and mobilization of Raglai ethnic people in Ma Noi commune, Ninh Son district to borrow capital from the clean water and rural environmental sanitation credit program to implement the goal of building new rural areas in the period 2021-2025"; “Solution to improve the quality of self-monitoring on the reporting information system, promptly detect and correct existing problems and errors”...

With his own efforts and endeavors, for many consecutive years, Mr. Le Minh Vu has achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level; received a certificate of merit from the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam for his outstanding achievements in contributing to the completion of the banking tasks in 2021-2023; and a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for his outstanding achievements in 20 years of implementing preferential credit policies for poor households and other policy beneficiaries according to Decree No. 78/2002/ND-CP of the Government.
