– On the morning of February 1, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee coordinated with Dinh Lap District Party Committee to organize a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work. Attending the conference were comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Also attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Duong Xuan Huyen, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Quoc Khanh, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; Giap Thi Bac, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1589-QD/TU, dated January 31, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of comrade Pham Hung Truong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Dinh Lap District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from February 1, 2024.

Presenting the decision, presenting flowers and giving a speech assigning tasks, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated Comrade Pham Hung Truong on being trusted and assigned new responsibilities by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. He asked Comrade Pham Hung Truong to continue to strive, practice, promote the exemplary role and responsibility of a leader, and together with the collective of the District Party Committee Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to lead and direct the successful completion of the assigned tasks.

Comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision and congratulatory flowers to comrade Pham Hung Truong.

He requested the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of Dinh Lap District Party Committee to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, create conditions and help comrade Pham Hung Truong quickly approach and grasp the work, together build a strong collective, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new Secretary of the District Party Committee Dinh Lap thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for their attention, trust and confidence. He seriously accepted the direction and assignment of the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and promised to continue to inherit the good tradition, promote the sense of responsibility and solidarity with the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Pham Hung Truong gave a speech accepting the assignment.

Previously, on January 30, 2024, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 1582-QD/TU on the transfer of cadres for comrade Hoang Xuan Thuan, former Secretary of the Dinh Lap District Party Committee. Accordingly, comrade Hoang Xuan Thuan ceased participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and ceased holding the position of Secretary of the Dinh Lap District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Chairman of the District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, to work at the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion.
