In particular, focusing on mobilizing maximum forces and means, strictly maintaining a regular regime, ready to perform storm prevention tasks when required.

Cam Thach Commune Police supported people to fix trees broken by strong winds.

Particularly, the police forces of communes and wards, especially in coastal and mountainous areas, proactively advise and coordinate with functional forces to review and deploy storm prevention and control plans according to the motto "4 on-site", "3 ready" so that when the storm makes landfall and causes heavy rain, there will be plans, ready forces and means to command on-site, promptly respond and handle on-site, avoiding damage to people and property.

* In Sam Son ward, according to the report of the ward police, as of 7:00 a.m. on July 21, in the ward, a total of 992 boats with 3,174 workers had returned to shore and anchored safely at the Quang Tien storm shelter, while 72 vehicles with 621 workers had taken shelter from the storm at ports in Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Nam Dinh , and Nghe An. Sam Son ward police have made a plan to evacuate 182 households outside the Quang Chau dike, which are areas prone to flooding when storms and floods occur, to a safe place.

* In Tinh Gia and Hai Binh wards, on July 20, at the boat anchorage area bordering the two wards, nearly 700 boats were safely anchored. Tinh Gia ward police proactively inspected ferry terminals and passenger ferry terminals across the river, warning people and vehicles not to use waterway traffic in dangerous areas.

* In Cam Thach commune, according to a quick report from the commune police, heavy rains on July 19-20 damaged some houses and offices, affecting agricultural production. According to statistics, 5 houses had their roofs blown off, many cultural works, schools, and medical stations were affected; 5 low-voltage 0.4kV power poles and 2 medium-voltage 22kV power poles were broken, causing local power outages in some areas; many trees were uprooted... In Cam Thach market area, a part of the market roof with an area of over 100m2 collapsed. The commune police coordinated with the militia, youth union members, and people to focus on cleaning up and overcoming the consequences.
