Basically fixed the extrusion circuit and bubbling circuit problems at Cam Bao Pumping Station

Cam Bao Pumping Station is located at K20+300 on the left dike of Cau (grade III dike) in Xuan Cam commune. The station was built in 1970 with the task of draining water for Troi canal and draining water for Cam Bao Pumping Station when pumping to Cau river.

Representatives of the sectors and local authorities directly directed the troubleshooting.

According to the report of Nam Song Thuong Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company, the problem of the extrusion and bubbling circuits at the suction tank of the Pumping Station was discovered at 10:30 a.m. on June 30, 2025. The extrusion and bubbling circuits in the suction tank area of the pumping station (previously treated with a reverse filter well) were now found to be clogged, and the turbid water carrying mud and sand was pushed out of the well wall.

After receiving a telegram from the Company's leaders, the Standing Office of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue of Bac Ninh province coordinated with local leaders to conduct a unified inspection at the scene, requesting the Nam Song Thuong Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company to temporarily stop operating the pump.

Actively coordinate with local authorities to mobilize materials, human resources, and means to organize the treatment (ensure adequate preparation of materials, means, and human resources) before proceeding to pump out all the water in the suction tank, dredge mud, inspect, and evaluate specifically to come up with solutions to safely repair the reverse osmosis well.

On the morning of July 1, when functional units organized to pump water and mud about 1 meter deep to determine the exact location of the aquifer and proceed to install a filter well, two new aquifers appeared in this area, complicating the situation.

Faced with that situation, comrade Nguyen Van Luan, Director General of the General Department of Natural Disaster Prevention and Control ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ) was present at the scene with leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Ninh province and Xuan Cam commune to directly direct the handling plan.

On the night of July 1, the local government mobilized hundreds of officers, soldiers, and militia from Xuan Cam commune, the Provincial Military Command, the Defense Command of Area 3, Brigade 675 (Artillery Corps), Warehouse K23 (Department of Logistics and Engineering, Military Region 1)... along with many vehicles to serve the incident handling work.

By the morning of July 2, the location of the extrusion and bubbling circuits was basically treated.
