On behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has just signed and issued Resolution No. 1309/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated November 29, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on transferring the activities of the National Assembly Delegation for comrade Vu Dai Thang, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

Accordingly, Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly, the Working Regulations of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Politburo's decision on the rotation of cadres; considering the Submission of the Head of the Delegation Work Committee, on November 29, 2024, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 1309/NQ-UBTVQH15 resolving: Mr. Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, transferred his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh province to the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province.

The Resolution clearly states that the Delegation Working Committee, the National Assembly Delegation and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh province; the National Assembly Delegation and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province and Mr. Vu Dai Thang are responsible for implementing this Resolution.

This Resolution comes into force from the date of signing and promulgation, i.e. November 29, 2024.
