Program "Border Guard Spring Warms the Hearts of the Villagers" Lunar New Year 2024

On February 6, at Cau Gay village, Vinh Hai commune (Ninh Hai), Vinh Hai Border Guard Station coordinated with the Department of Culture and Information, Women's Union, Ninh Hai District Youth Union and Vinh Hai Commune People's Committee to organize the program "Celebrating the Party, Celebrating the Year of the Dragon" and "Border Guard Spring warms the hearts of the villagers" in 2024.

The program was carefully organized, with cultural, artistic, sports activities, banh chung wrapping contest, fruit tray display... creating a joyful atmosphere. At the program, the units mobilized businesses and philanthropists in the area to join hands to support 200 gifts with a total value of 36 million VND to help the Raglai people in Da Hang and Cau Gay villages enjoy spring and celebrate the traditional New Year of the nation.

Vinh Hai Border Guard Station organized the activity of wrapping and giving banh chung to poor households.

Previously, on February 4, Vinh Hai Border Guard Station also coordinated with Cong Hai Commune People's Committee to organize a "Zero-VND Market" to serve people in difficult circumstances in the locality. Here, the Provincial Border Guard Command presented 20 gifts to poor households, each worth 500,000 VND. Vinh Hai Border Guard Station presented 16 scholarships to poor students with a total value of 16 million VND, presented 3 gifts to 3 poor households and supported some essential goods for poor people in Cong Hai Commune.

The activities of Vinh Hai Border Guard Station have contributed to joining hands with local Party committees and authorities to take care of poor households in the area during Tet. Thereby, the relationship between the army and people on the sea route has become increasingly close and cohesive.
