Next was a martial arts performance with martial arts of the following schools: Vovinam, Traditional Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Jujitsu... performed by athletes and martial artists from the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center, the Provincial Martial Arts Federation, martial arts schools and martial arts clubs in Nam Dinh province. The program not only performed martial arts but also spread the martial arts spirit and long-standing cultural traditions of the Vietnamese people.

The art program “The Country Full of Joy” consists of 3 parts: “The Country by the Waves”, “The Country Full of Joy”, “The Aspiration for Power” with 14 unique singing - dancing - music - drama performances by artists, singers, actors, musicians, students from the following units: Provincial Center for Culture - Cinema and Exhibition, Provincial Traditional Arts Theater, Nam Dinh College of Culture, Arts and Tourism.

The art performances include: praising the Party and beloved Uncle Ho; expressing love and beauty of the homeland and country; the atmosphere of marching and fighting on the battlefield; recreating the joy of the nation when the country was unified, while conveying the message of the aspiration for independence and peace of the Fatherland. Typical songs include: "Country on the Shore of Waves", "Welcome the Communist Party of Vietnam", "You are the Faith in Victory", "Road to the Front", "Truong Son Night Remembering Uncle Ho", "Sai Gon Rebellion", "Country Full of Joy", "Proud Melody", "Girlhood" (short play)...
